COORDIN8 shows you which days your friends are actually free, and turns one of those days into a plan. If something is not working, or you want something gone, this page is the fastest route.

One person answers these, usually within a day. Include your username (the @name on the Friends tab) and what you were doing when it went wrong — it saves a round trip.
Whether you are free, and between which hours. Never the title of an event, never the place, never who it is with. If your calendar says Dentist, 2:00–3:30, your friends see Busy 2:00–3:30 and nothing else.
Days you have not answered show as unknown, not as free. There is no way for anyone to see the contents of your calendar through this app, because the contents never leave your phone.
No. You can send anyone a link that asks which days work for them, and they answer in a browser with no account and no download. Their answers come back into your app.
Two usual causes. Either permission was denied at the prompt — iOS only asks once, so re-enable it in Settings → COORDIN8 → Calendars — or the events are further out than the app looks. Free accounts look four weeks ahead.
Events are read once a day. Pull down on the calendar tab to force a refresh.
Almost always because nobody has answered yet, rather than because everybody is busy. An unanswered day is unknown, and unknown never counts as free — a day where four people are free and four have not replied is not a day eight people are free.
The Friends tab will tell you who has not shared anything, and lets you nudge them.
Check Settings → COORDIN8 → Notifications on your phone first, then Settings inside the app, where each kind has its own switch. If the phone-level permission was denied, iOS will not ask again and the in-app switches cannot override it.
Yes, and to notifications and the calendar too. Every permission is optional and the app works without all three — contacts only makes finding people faster. You can always add someone by username instead.
When you do allow contacts, names and numbers stay on your device. Only scrambled one-way codes are checked against existing accounts, and anything with no match is discarded immediately.
Open the group, then Leave group at the bottom. Nobody is told, and you can be added back. If you created the group you can delete it for everyone instead.
Settings → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. Entirely in the app — you never have to email us. It removes your profile, your availability, your groups and your plans. It cannot be undone and we cannot restore it afterwards.
Open their profile and Remove friend, or leave the group you share. Removing a friend stops them seeing your availability and stops them adding you to anything. To report content or behaviour, email the address above with the username and we will act on it.
